RULES: Promotion Title: Win Chris Logan’s Change
Administrator: KPCZ-FM / Planet Radio 106.7 (“Station”)

Promotion Period: November 3, 2025 through November 28, 2025 at 10am or until a winning exact guess is confirmed (whichever occurs first).  GAME WILL START ON NOVEMBER 11, 2025.

‍1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of the Station, Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, advertising/promotional partners, and any other entity involved in this Promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter / Play

‍On-Air Entry: During weekdays around 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 AM hours (Central Time) in the Promotion Period, the Station will solicit callers. Chris Logan reserves the right to move the contest to a different time in the hour, if any need arises.  The 1st caller at 337 803 1067 will be invited to make one (1) guess at the exact total value of the change contained in the Station’s glass container (the “Container”).

‍Guess Format: Guesses must include dollars and cents (e.g., “$127.43”).
‍
‍One Guess/Day: Limit one (1) on-air guess per person per day, regardless of phone number or device used. Station may disqualify multiple/day attempts.

‍No Repeat Guesses: Previously guessed totals will be listed at listentotheplanet.com. If a caller repeats a previously posted guess, the attempt is void and no replacement guess will be offered for that call.

‍Call/Connection: The Station is not responsible for dropped calls, busy signals, misdialed numbers, or technical issues.

3. How to Win / Winner Determination

‍Exact Guess Required: The first participant to exactly match the total value of the Container (as determined by Station’s official count) is the Winner.

‍Official Count: The Station’s count and valuation are final and binding. The total amount of change will be verified by Farmers State Bank and total will be sealed in an envelope.

‍Multiple Exact Guesses: If more than one exact guess occurs in the same segment before the Station acknowledges an exact guess, the Station will award the prize to the earliest exact guess received as determined by Station’s logs.

‍If No Exact Guess: If no exact guess is received by the end of the Promotion Period, we will continue the contest with more clues, until a winner is determined

4. Prize / Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

‍Prize: A cash prize equal to the exact total value of the Container contents at the time of the official count.
‍ARV: Varies based on Container contents; estimated ARV: less than $1000 USD.
Odds: Depend on number of eligible entries and the range of guesses attempted.

5. Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9 within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond or complete verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate (if applicable).

6. Prize Fulfillment & Taxes

Prize will be awarded by the Station via cash or check within 30 days of verification. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes) and any other costs not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes totaling $600 or more, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099.

7. Publicity

By participating, entrants grant the Station and Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, likeness, city/state, and entry/guess in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Station reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Rules, and to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, if any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion as determined by Station in its sole discretion.

Station may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of the Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Station and Sponsor are not responsible for technical failures, network/telephone issues, website outages, or incomplete/garbled transmissions.

‍Decisions of the Station are final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

9. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Station, Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize, except where prohibited.

10. Disputes / Governing Law

Promotion governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in ACADIA PARISH
